Our Salary Sacrifice scheme, run in partnership with Ezoo, lets employees give up a portion of their gross salary each month in exchange for a fully-inclusive car lease — insurance, maintenance, breakdown assistance, road tax, and even ULEZ and congestion charge cover can be bundled in.
Both fully electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) cars are available through the scheme, so there's a fit whether your team is ready to go fully electric or wants the reassurance of a petrol or diesel backup engine.
Because the deduction comes from gross salary, employees save on Income Tax and National Insurance, while businesses benefit from Class 1A National Insurance savings on qualifying electric vehicles. It's free for businesses to register, and the scheme is fully HMRC-compliant, with our team handling the admin.
